We design peptide nanoaggregates and apply them to control intracellular activity to have therapeutic effect on cancer and metastasis therapeutic treatments. We are also designing magnetic nanoparticles that can generate the force, which can be applied for mechanitransduction to cancers to make them less aggressive without applying anti-cancer drugs (i.e., self-therapeutic magnetic nanoparticles). Both inventions have signficant impact on nanobiotechnoogy in clinical fields and such nanoscale interface materials can be translated to including living systems.
